2017 Season and Practice Begins Monday, June 26th

Practice begins Monday, June 26th and our teams will be ramping up for the new 2017 football season. Practice will start Monday from 6-8pm at Lyndon Recreation Football fields located at 9310 Whipps Mill Rd, right behind the Northeast YMCA.
This season, our teams will be led by a great group of coaches!
Teams and Head Coaches (Age as of May 1st) Nick Bosler - Mighty Mites (5-7) Antoine Dixon - Pee Wee (8-9) Chad Smith - Juniors (10-11)
Practice Date/Time? Game schedule?
June 26th is the first day of practice, we practice M-Tues-Thursday 6:00– 8:00 PM.
Games begin with our pre-season Jamboree, Aug 4th and continue through Championship games on October 28th/29th.
Games are played on Saturday Mornings: Mighty Mites: 10 am PeeWee: 11:30 am Juniors: 1pm
What if my athlete played at a different LYFL program last year? All players have the option to switch to any LYFL team during sign-ups without influence.
If a signed application is currently held for the 2017 season, a player can sign up with any LYFL team, but must be granted a release from that cluster President to play for another LYFL team. A copy of this release must be submitted to the league commissioner.

Shoulder pads
Game jersey (Home & Away)
Game Pants
The remaining needed equipment is provided by the parent/guardian. We have a great partnership with Academy Sports and Outdoors, they provide us discounted equipment for the season!
