What if my Son played at a different LYFL program last year?
All players have the option to switch to any LYFL team during sign ups without influence.

If a signed application is currently held for the 2020 season, a player can sign up with any LYFL team, but must be granted a release from that cluster president to play for another LYFL team. A copy of the release must be submitted to the league commissioner.

Equipment?
Lyndon Lightning Football furnishes each player the following –

  • Helmet

  • Shoulder pads

  • Game jersey

The remaining needed equipment is provided by the parent/guardian.

Are Parents allowed to coach?
We always welcome parent participation.  Lyndon Lightning Football has a Football Committee that meets with any incoming parents that may have an interest in coaching or serving as committee members or assist with the program.  Ultimate Coaching decisions are made by the President and Vice President of Football Operations.
