Lyndon Lightning Football has officially joined the LYFL and will begin playing games in the new league in 2016. This opportunity will allow us to play more teams, compete at a higher level and enjoy the benefits of a much larger community. The LYFL will now have 19 teams in two divisions, the East and the West.
We are extremely excited by this move as we will get to play some teams that we have never played before, (Shelbyville Seahawks, Shelbyville Cowboys, OC Tigers, St. Stephen Bulldogs, LSA Lions, Jaguars, PCC Bears, Hikes Point Lobos and East End Warriors) and we will also get to reunite with some teams that we have not seen over the last few years including: (Fern Creek, J-Town, Derby City, Shively Seminoles, Fairdale, CAL, Spencer County Stallions, Louisville Patriots).
